AAJ Supply Chain Management - Senior Sales Manager - Transport Vertical (3-12 yrs)
Duties and Responsibility
1. Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales of PTL transportation aggregation business for Pan India market
2. Actively seek inputs from prospects, evaluate them and craft winning commercial proposal for clients.
3. Responsible for pan India sales objectives of the organization.
4. Responsible for the team of 3-5 sales executives in his team.
5. Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements and concerns.
6. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
7. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking.
8. Ensure and explore cross sell, up sell opportunities with existing and new clients.
9. Responsible for maintaining data in HubSpot software for all incoming leads and daily sales activity.
10. Open to be on the go for sales meetings within NCR and outside
Qualification :
1. Any Graduate or Post-Graduate Degree.
2. Minimum 3 year of proven experience working in transportation sales.
Required Skills :
- Good communication.
- Ability to draft accurate PTL commercial proposals for prospects
- Thorough understanding of sales and good negotiation ability.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
