AAFT - Sales Trainer (3-6 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Designing training content including product/soft skill/Sales.
- Conducting product training for all new joiners.
- Conducting product, Soft skills, and Sales training for Customer facing roles.
- Designing test to be conducted in order to check the knowledge retention of the team.
- Taking mock Calls/Demo for the team members.
- Conducting training for bottom performers of the sales team.
- Maintaining records of training conducted.
- Measuring outcomes of the training sessions.
- Ensuring OJT targets are met for new joiners.
Requirements and skills :
- Experience building and scaling a team of BDE's /Sr. BDE's pushing them to achieve more.
- Should have good exposure in developing & delivering sales training content/modules.
- Should have sound knowledge of MS Office tools i.e., Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint& Word.
- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills at all levels of Management.
- Willing to work from an office location - Immediate Joining. Ed Tech Sales background is preferred. Open to applications from other sales verticals as well.
- Positive attitude and self-driven.
