We are seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to spearhead our training initiatives, empowering our sales team to reach new heights of performance and success. As a Sales Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring, guiding, and equipping our salesforce with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities :

- Serve as a trusted consultant to sales professionals, offering valuable insights and guidance to overcome job-related challenges.

- Lead the onboarding and training process for new sales team members, ensuring a seamless transition and effective integration into our sales culture.

- Identify both individual and team training needs, tailoring educational programs to address specific areas of improvement.

- Develop comprehensive educational materials, including engaging presentations, compelling sales scripts, and insightful case studies.

- Solicit feedback from trainees, managers, and instructors to continually enhance the effectiveness of our training programs.

- Conduct thorough skills gap analyses to pinpoint opportunities for growth and development.

- Establish clear learning and development objectives for the sales team on a quarterly/monthly basis.

- Evaluate employee performance following each training session, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.

Requirements :

- 2-5 years of work experience in sales training, Sales Coach, or similar role, demonstrating a track record of success in developing high-performing sales teams.

- Familiarity with role-playing activities and proficiency in utilizing e-learning platforms to facilitate training sessions.

- Hands-on experience in producing both physical and digital educational materials, such as videos, case studies, and slide presentations.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals at all levels of seniority.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with a knack for thinking creatively and outside the box.

- Additional training certifications are advantageous.
