A2zOnRent is an asset leasing company which provides Furnitures, white goods, appliances, IT equipment, recreation products, commercial kitchen equipment etc. on leases to corporates. Student housing and co-living, HOReCA, Cloud/Delivery kitchens, IT companies are the major segments that we work with, and continue to add more customer segments. We started our journey 5.5 years back and have grown significantly during this tenure. Our operations are spread across Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Vadodra, Indore, Vellore, Vizag and Jaipur (we are still expanding to other cities). Our assets are leased to more than 90 locations all across India. We believe in providing innovative solutions to our customers in supply chain and leasing. Since the time we started, our customers have re-emphasized their faith in us and have helped us grow this fast. We have aggressive plans to expand our market reach, scale customers, cities and segments as we continue our growth trajectory.
We continue to enhance our supplier base and customer base at the same time so as to create value for both sides. We are looking for business development interns to help us with our mission to create the largest eco-system of buyers and suppliers. This role is instrumental in helping us give best possible value to our customers.
We are looking for strong team player with:
- Great problem solving skills and an analytical mindset
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Awareness of the geography of Pune and neighborhood locations, and business eco-system around.
- Good understanding of business fundamentals
- Need to have a mode of commute to be able to visit and meet buyers or sellers in and around Pune.
- Should have a laptop to be able to create and share status and reports in an email.
Responsibilities :
Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Identify and reach out to suppliers who could deliver quality products for our customers to onboard them on our platform
- Identify customers who could benefit from the offerings we have in terms of products and the engagement model, and onboard them on our platform
- Educate both customers and vendors on the benefits of our platform and encourage them to subscribe to the platform services
- Build strong long term relationships with the customers and vendor partners
- Identify strategic partners in the area of your work/product portfolio and help create partnerships with them
- Create and implement processes/methods to constantly expand our platform services and customer base
- Prepare and showcase progress reports to all relevant stakeholders
Qualification & Pre-requisites :
We are looking for MBA/BBA graduates of 2021 who are young, energetic, street smart, sincere & hardworking. You must be self-driven and an excellent team player to be successful in your journey with us.
Besides this, you need to have a mode of travel locally in the city and a valid driving license, you would need to go meet prospects and partners.
