A2Z Group - Manager - Business Development - Facility Management Vertical (4-10 yrs)
- Overseeing Business Development and Profit Centre Operations of the company, along with quality and SLA as key parameters.
- Managing overheads & profitability as well as developing and implementing comprehensive sales & marketing plans covering the target market.
- Achieving the assigned sales revenue target in a financial year in line with the organization business objectives.
- Involved in competition analysis and monitoring key market feedbacks.
- Generating additional business by proposing new service verticals; initiating new methodologies to increase the service deliverables.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Acting as a one-point contact for Key customers to address their sales/service needs.
- Monitoring the agreed SLA with operational team, company, staff, client or contractors on the deliverables and following up on any deficiencies in relation to sales achievement.
- To design the best negotiating strategies by considering the risks and rewards, and keeping in mind the counter-parties preferences & goals.
- To lead the negotiation to close the deal and draw in resources from within the company to make it happen.
- Preparing sales forecast and budgets on weekly, monthly, yearly reports as will be requested by the management.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant Proven sales track record.
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
