9series - Executive - Lead Generation (1-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the ideal customers of the companies and draft responses to the prospect on their challenges
- Identify and approach key decision makers with the prospects
- Identify and approach key influencers with the prospects
- Work on target to generate specific set of inquiries every week and month
- Send 30 to 40 highly personalized emails to decision makers and influencers
- Make 30 to 40 warm/cold calls to the quality prospects
- Create an "Email Template Library"
- Send LinkedIn Requests and In emails to prospects and increase the chance of success
- Utilize Companies CRM tool to run all the activities
Report to Team Leader
Fill out Daily, Weekly & Monthly Report
Be a part of the meetings suggested by the manager.
Requirements :
- 1+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing Lead Generation.
- A degree in Management or Business from a Reputed Management Institute
- Bachelor with Technology or Commerce Background
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, writing, speaking and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Experience with customer relationship management software.
- Willingness to work till 1 am and more or less flexible with the working hours
