Job description:
- Responsible to Maintain customer satisfaction by providing the best customer service to the customer over the calls/emails.
- Responsible to Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call.
- Assist customer on query and order fulfilment.
- Responsible for bringing more sales through Upsell / Cross selling.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Must possess good persuasion skills.
