99 Deals - Project Head - Marketing (5-10 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to help conceptualize and execute the relevant brands' marketing strategy
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer / customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for the brands.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate brand performance and customer and consumer feedback to ensure that the marketing mix is aligned to meet changing customer / consumer needs.
- Understand market research needs for the brands and execute a market research road map. Ensure market research done is utilized meaningfully to achieve business objectives.
- Help develop and lead execution of the brand plans (including communication development) to deliver the business objectives (namely sales, market share, profitability and brand health) of the relevant group of brands.
- Work closely with the sales team to initiate, plan and oversee implementation of local initiatives to drive volume growth.
- Monitor and influence demand forecasting; monitor sales and other brand metrics and adapt plans as required.
- Help develop and execute a healthy new product pipeline.
- Monitor and recommend action for brand profitability.
- Ensure that the marketing support budgets are effectively utilized and appropriately accounted for the relevant group of brands.
- Support the Marketing Manager in evolving brand plans, forecasts and budgets.
- Support / contribute to functional and organizational projects when required.

- Prior experience of working as a project manager should have an attitude to deal with clients.
- Strategic thinker to create plans for project management.
- Having a good understanding of the marketplace.
- Ability to speedily grasp business context across areas of operations, strategy, finance, delivery, and innovation.
- Help customers solve their queries by offering relevant solutions.
- Leading, reviewing, and working with the proposal team.
- Must be a team player with good writing skills.
- Capability to multitask and prioritize work according to deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters/Bachelors in Business Administration in Marketing
- 5 years and above of relevant experience required post graduation
- Revenue and/or Operational expense accountability:
- Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to manage clients' through calls, emails, and Skype.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint skills MS Office.
