99 Deals - Customer Support Role (1-2 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- We are looking out for young, energetic, and dynamic individuals who aspire to make a career in a fast-moving environment.
- To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate up-selling opportunities for the company products and services.
- To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on a daily basis.
- Will be responsible for client retention, per client revenue optimization & renewals.
- To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
- To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
- To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company payment terms.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years experience client handling
- Candidate must be innovative, so that he can generate self business for the company.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Candidate should have sale instinct in his personality
