About the Role :
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Interns to support our Digital Event campaigns aimed at US-based audiences. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and communication while working in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation: Call and convert leads for Digital Event participation.
- School Outreach: Contact schools to enroll students in bulk for our Digital Events.
- Follow-ups: Maintain a pipeline of prospective leads and follow up with them regularly.
- Social Media Support: Assist in organic social media posting related to the events.
- Reporting: Update daily reports on outreach, conversions, and challenges.
Requirements :
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Target Orientation: A go-getter attitude with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Availability: Comfortable working in night shifts (to align with US time zones).
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with basic tools like MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
