About the Position:
We are looking for an entrepreneurial candidate with extremely strong execution and social skills to join our co-working centers or what we call our - Hubs- . The Sr. Community Manager will directly report to the Hub Manager and will be responsible for community development and engagement at 91springboard. This is a high-engagement role and thus requires a candidate who is extremely motivated, dedicated, and passionate about their responsibilities. Overall Responsibilities:
- The person would be involved right from the scratch in following areas:
- Commencing our community efforts in the city to building a strong network and a base for community at the hub
- Exploring and understanding the ecosystem and city in general
- Helping with pre-sales and marketing
- Setting up hub operations to running them
- Would be playing a key role in defining culture of the space
- Interacting with the coworkers and being their - go-to- person- in the hub. You will be responsible for handling their queries and solving any issues that they may face.
- Handling smooth operations and managing facilities of the hub to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing basic administration (right from anything like handling internet issues to invoicing, billing, accounting, etc.)
- Introduce co-working and other 91springboard services to leads who visit the hub, and periodically tracking and maintaining this data to contribute towards business development.
- Strengthening the community by networking and making active connections.
- Managing the events calendar to ensure a constant flow of the same and leading them to execution.
- Manage outreach channels (social media, mailing list, etc.) to spread the word about all 91springboard initiatives especially events.
