Job Description: Franchise Sales Team Leader

Position Overview : As the Franchise Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our franchise model through effective business development and management of the sales team. Your role will involve engaging potential franchisees, maintaining franchisee records, and ensuring their success in running profitable businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Model Development:

- Develop and implement strategies for franchise sales and business growth.

- Maintain accurate records of franchisee performance and sales activities.

2. Lead Generation and Engagement:

- Identify and engage potential franchisees through various channels, including phone, email, and inperson meetings.

- Conduct presentations and meetings to effectively communicate the value of the franchise opportunity.

3. Sales Team Management:

- Oversee the franchise sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

4. Closing Sales:

- Utilize strong communication and presentation skills to close leads and secure franchise agreements.

- Follow up with interested parties and address any questions or concerns they may have.

5. Site Surveys and Travel:

- Travel across India for site location surveys after the registration and face-to-face meetings with potential franchisees.

- Share company proposals and facilitate the franchise onboarding process, including payment collection.

6. Franchisee Support:

- Work closely with franchise partners to ensure they are operating profitable businesses.

- Provide ongoing support and resources to help franchisees overcome challenges and achieve success.

7. Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance the franchise sales strategy.

Qualifications - Any Graduation or Post Graduation

- Proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or a similar role.

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to travel frequently for site visits and meetings.
