Team lead / Assistant Manager /Telecaller /Sales Manager - Real Estate

- We are looking for a smart Telesales Manager to be a part of our Sales team. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and overseeing the performance of Telesales Representatives. Besides, you should also be able to assist with the development and implementation of effective sales strategies

Roles and Responsibilities :

a) Be in charge of running and managing the telecallers team on a daily basis

b) Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing New Leads, Clients and Customers.

c) Set performance targets for all associates in the team to meet up with overall process objectives

d) Schedule and organize shift patterns for team members to ensure that the process is adequately staffed to meet the SLA's

e) Monitor calls of team members to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to

f) Conduct regular review of all team members performance and organize training sessions for under performers

g) Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance of the team

h) Setting up requirements of confidentiality documents

Desired Candidate Profile :

- We are hiring energetic and enthusiastic Team Lead for our real estate sales team.

a) Ability to effectively work with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levels.

b) Positive attitude, someone who enjoys selling and has strong follow-up with the clients.

c) Experience in selling Primary Residential projects, real estate selling & direct sales.

d) Prior experience with broker or developer

e) Good communication skills, Problem solving skills, Customer service skills

f) Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects

g) Self-motivated & Self-starter

h) High levels of passion and ownership
