Content Writer - Website, Social Content - Real Estate Subject Matter Expert
- We want someone who can expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online content by delivering quality writing pieces that appeal to our target audiences, attract clients and boost 7 Dimensions Estates brand awareness.
- This position requires creativity and the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting tight deadlines.
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure that any content reflects the core values & vision of the company. Develop a strong understanding of the company's services & solutions, the target market and competition.
- Perform market research and find ideas to enrich and improve the content of the company website & other platforms.
- Write effective & relevant content in alignment with the content strategy. Come up with creative & constructive ideas and present them convincingly.
- Consistent brainstorming and collaborating with different teams for new ideas and techniques.
- Contribute to creating various content materials, including but not limited to : Blogs, Website Pages, Property Pages & Descriptions, Social Media posts, Email templates etc.
Required Skills :
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong Research & Analytical skills.
- High Fluency in the English language.
- Ability to write clear, concise & compelling content. Ability to adapt writing style to fit varying content tasks.
- Willingness & Ability to quickly acquire understanding in new & dynamic areas.
- Flair for learning technology and business concepts.
- Social Media awareness & usage.
- Nice to have Experience in writing content for the real estate industry.
