75F - Inside Sales Role (1-4 yrs)
Duties and responsibilities :
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned) :
- Contact end customers and partners through phone calls, email, and mailings to qualify leads and work with sales team to ensure lead progression.
- Telephone prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
- Manage customer and partner relationships by responding to requests for information.
- Ensure hand-offs to sales and support teams to ensure the brand exceeds customer satisfaction at all points of interaction.
- Ensure reporting and communication meets all internal and external requirements as assigned.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Outgoing and energetic attitude - ability to provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
- Active listening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to seek input when required, prioritize and drive results.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities - you will need to quickly and creatively solve complex customer issues. You will need to recognize when to ask for help.
- Strong mechanical aptitude - mechanical HVAC experience helpful. Ability to learn understand HVAC and lighting control systems required.
- Effective written and verbal communications and strong comprehension.
- Attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when required.
Education and Experience (Recommended):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher plus 2 years- relevant experience required.
