6i-infotec - Marketing Associate (1-2 yrs)
Location: Chennai
We are small but growing pack of developers/geeks/nerds, who build products that transforms logistics industries. All this was started from a two member team, who were specialized in web development and great supporters of open-source community with great efforts and time our eCargo Logistics Suite was born.
Responsibilities :
1) Help establish and scale our go-to-market strategy
2) Lead a small team of direct reports and a larger cross-functional business team by building holistic project plans and ensuring accountability across partners
3) Collaborate with our marketing, events, PR, and sales teams to create product positioning and materials
4) Partner with small and medium businesses to ensure Our product is thoughtfully integrated into broader company initiatives
5) Be the trusted voice of small businesses by surfacing qualitative and quantitative insights to shape product direction, ensure product-market fit and scale adoption
6) Catch unanticipated issues that arise along the way and see them through to resolution
Qualifications & Experience Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field required.
- A minimum of 1 years of marketing experience.
- Experience in the development of lead generation and awareness programs that offer marketing/communication services, software solutions and/or services.
- IT industry experience.
- Specialization in Business-to-Business strategies.
- Ability to run results-orientated campaigns simultaneously across multiple products.
- Strong client-focused orientation and business relationship skills.
- Knowledge of multi-channel incl. mass media, digital marketing, direct marketing, customer relationship management.
- Strong team player, leader, self-starter and positive catalyst.
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) skills, including presentation and creative design.
- Ability to act as a change agent; to operate with urgency; and to challenge the status quo.
- Detail orientation with strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with all marketing tactics as well as an ability to report out results and return on investments.
