Job Title : Client Servicing Executive


Location : Saket, Delhi (on-site)

Responsibilities :


- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with client vision and objectives.

- Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines.

- Grow Key accounts to ensure more business & maximum profitability.


- Oversee end-to-end event execution, including planning, coordination, and delivery, while managing budget and timelines.


- Develop and present compelling pitch decks and project plans in collaboration with the creative department.


- Address and resolve client inquiries, requests, and issues promptly, handling escalations with minimal Director involvement.


- Monitor client satisfaction and foster repeat business by delivering high-quality events and maintaining strong client relationships.


- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects.


- Provide regular progress updates to company Directors and follow up on payments and feedback.


- Manage and supervise a team, ensuring efficient work processes and effective project completion.


- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to continuously enhance client offerings.


What we are looking for :


- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the Event Industry.


- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.


- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


- Good at organizing and Multitasking.


- Capable of Developing innovative events Concepts.


- Should have hands-on Experience in Corporate & Social events.
