Your Role

As a Sales Development Representative at Stark.ai, you will play a pivotal role in our sales process by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing leads, and setting up product demo opportunities. You'll work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to support business growth and introduce customers to the transformative power of our AI platform.

What You'll Do :

- Proactively source and qualify leads through research, outreach (emails, calls, and social platforms), and engagement with prospective customers.

- Work closely with the sales team to understand target prospects and tailor outreach efforts accordingly.

- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, product demos, and follow-up calls for the sales team.

- Manage and maintain a robust lead pipeline in the CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of communication and progress.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and areas of potential growth in target industries (technology, education, and others as applicable).

- Build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders to better understand customer needs and articulate how Stark.ai can add value.

- Collaborate with Marketing to plan campaigns and generate top-quality leads.

- Help refine outbound messaging and sales strategies to optimize prospect engagement.

What We're Looking For :

Experience : 4-8 years of relevant experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, especially in the technology, SaaS, or EdTech space (preferred).

Industry Knowledge : Bonus if you have experience working with or selling to educational institutions or within the education sector.

- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and experience qualifying high-value leads while providing seamless handoffs to sales executives.

- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex technology products/solutions to diverse audiences.

- Proven track record of setting up and managing product demos or similar pre-sales activities.

- Comfortable with tools like CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), lead generation tools, and prospecting software.

- Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving goals in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

- High energy, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for technology, AI, and innovative solutions.

- A team player with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience selling AI platforms or EdTech technology to education institutions or administrators is a significant plus.

- Knowledge of the education technology landscape and key challenges faced by educators and institutions.

- Familiarity with emerging trends in AI and its applications in sectors like education, business growth, or other industries.
