500apps - Associate - Technical Support (0-2 yrs)
Provide technical support to a SaaS product through Chat and Email Channels. Should have excellent written skills and a logical approach towards troubleshooting skills.Good knowledge of HTML, APIs.1-2 years of International Chat Support experience.
Our Support Team members are expected to:
- Address customer questions over Call/Email/Chat channels.
- Guide the customers on various features of the product and how to effectively use.
- Identify the cause of the issue and escalate to the development teams.
- Followup with the customers on unresolved issues.
- Take feedback from customers and escalate to the leads.
- Maintain professional etiquette's while handling business customers.
Requirements :
- Should be a recent graduate(B Tech/B.E) with computers background.
- Basic understanding of Internet, Browser, Outlook, HTML.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Should be willing to work in night shifts.
- Should be fine with self transportation.
