- Helping customers with bookings, taking payments, and attending to inbound calls and emails.
- Assist in handling the concierge for the queries of the golfer registered on 4moles.com.
- Contact Golf courses and onboard them on our website.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or related field.
Requirements :
- Female candidate only
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for superb hospitality and customer service.
- Good computer skills.
- Should have knowledge of how the concierge is set up.
- Extraordinary organizational and multitasking skills.
- Can-do attitude.
- Desire to learn.
- Golf Knowledge is preferred.
