Role and Responsibilities-

Job Brief-

We are seeking a high-caliber Individual who will be responsible for selling digital advertising space & sponsorships to Direct Corporates and Advertising Agencies.

Responsibilities :

- Contact the potential clients/leads to offer the firm's advertising services.

- Develop, pitch, and execute new sales initiatives and also manage the existing clients.

- 1-2 years of online advertising, digital media, or analytics sales experience with National accounts.

- Should have experience in handling key accounts/ client servicing.

- Must have extensive experience of (and be passionate about) building and growing successful relationships with lenders.

- The candidate is expected to be well connected with direct online media advertisers, media agencies namely GroupM, Dentsu, etc..

- Strong consultative sales skills, relationship building, external and internal customer satisfaction management.

- Strong understanding of internet advertising technologies.

- Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, online ad networks/agencies and maintain a threshold of Ad Sales revenue every month.

- Will be reporting and closely working with the CEO to decide sales price, etc.

- Explain to clients how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients.

- Positive 'No Quit' attitude.

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Advertising, communication, or related field preferred.

Experience :

- A minimum of 1-2 year is required in Digital Advertising Sales.

- Candidates with an inflight magazine, outdoor advertising in the aviation or luxury media industry experience may be evaluated.

- Demonstrate the sales achievement of the previous organization

- Excellent in preparing PPT with proficiency in the use of Word and Excel.

- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills

- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.

- Immediate joiners required.

- Candidates from Delhi/NCR/Mumbai only will be evaluated for the role.
