Job Brief
We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic sales executive who will be responsible for the planning, strategizing, and achieving the sales target in the subscription vertical of 4moles
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage the loyalty, partnerships, and Subscription business
- Gaining new customers for gold and barkies subscription plan
- Connecting and partnering 3rd party brands for subscribed golfers
- Gather feedback from customers who do not renew or purchase
- Update customer details in the subscription system
- Build marketing lists for new subscription campaigns
- Provide monthly reports on performance and customer feedback
- Represent 4moles at events
- Coordinate with concierge/customer care team for feedback and launches
- Work with DMCs and create travel packages
Qualifications and Education Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- MBA preferred
Experience
- Possess great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion to grow in the media & e.commerce industry.
- Some experience/internship in a role that involves tourism/ hospitality would be preferred
- MS Suite.
