4moles - Holiday Package & Contract Sales Role (1-2 yrs)
JOB BRIEF-
The Tour Package Trainee will be working in the travel vertical, hospitality services, golf course contracts, and entertainment.
RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Help clients identify their ideal travel package based on their requirements.
- To maintain good relationship with clients.
- Contract rates with DMC- s, and golf courses.
- Study and assimilate all information regarding travel destinations such as prices, weather, language, currency, customs, etc.
- Provide end to end service while organizing a trip from booking the tickets, reserving the hotels and creating itinerary.
- Sell the appropriate tour package to the right customer.
- Negotiate any customizations or modifications and accommodate the client to the best level possible.
- Regularly update the database containing client details and their travel information.
- Resolve the problems that arise regarding the trip for the customer.
- Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
EXPERIENCE :
- 0-1 year in Holiday Package sales preferable from the Golf Industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A confident and determined approach.
- Good knowledge of SEO and SEM.
