4700BC Popcorn is India's 1st Gourmet Popcorn Brand, serving more than 18 Flavours across Cheese, Caramel, Chocolate and Candy. The brand currently has 23 stores across India (Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai) and planning to open more in near future. The brand has strong instutitional presence with distribution to airlines, hotels and cafes. Also, recently, the product were launched into Modern Retail and have been receiving very good response.

The brand has strong corporate gifting channel and looking to expand further in other regions and have a continuous revenue stream from corporates.
Education Qualification : Masters Degree from a reputed college is a must.
Experience : 10+ Years of Prior Experience in similar profile with a reputed brand.
Location : Mumbai
Previous Industries : Food Retail, FMCG
Responsibilities : (Key ones but not limited to following)
- Manage the sales & distribution in the region for the brand
- Must have strong existing relationship with retailers
- Must have strong distributor network and ability to select the best for our product
- Create and manage the on-ground sales team for Modern Trade & General Trade. Prior GT experience is a must
- Manage work in a corporate manner with complete planning
- Should have a complete data centric approach to analysis and business decision
- Should be able to strategize innovative ways to marketing the product in retail
- Should have strong management skills and good business acumen
- Hands on prior experience of the markets
- Proper MIS and reporting on regular basis
Overall - The person should have good sales performance in the previous stints, and have experience with Food products with a reputed brand
