JOB DESCRIPTION: CUSTOMER SUCCESS (ENTERPRISE SALES)
Customer Success Manager for our Bangalore team.
The professional will be responsible for:
- Building & nurturing key relationships with founders, CXOs, decision makers and real estate heads of large enterprises
- Understanding their workspace needs, business performance and expansion plans
- Identifying how can supercharge their business
- Demonstrating the value proposition and the power of the Community
- Keeping track of market trends, competition and the macro-economic workplace landscape
- Contributing to the Community either via members or alliances that create value or engagement opportunities for the community at large
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the brand at various conferences / networking events / business development initiatives
- Identify industry events and networking / business development opportunities
- Develop & manage pro-actively & systematically effective business relationship with key accounts
- Liaise with internal teams such as Community, Marketing, Legal, Design, Alliances, etc.
- End-to-end transaction management.
Graduate with excellent communication skills both written and oral with 2-10 years Experience.
Qualification: Graduate
Salary: 12LPA - 25 LPA
