Responsibilities

- Work closely with sales, marketing, product management to develop a comprehensive CRM strategy

- Work closely with CRM vendor and supervise the implementation of various requirements

- Provide regular analysis and recaps to the internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, IT, product) on the progress of various CRM projects

- Work closely with the CEO's office to define performance metrics, and identify/execute improvement programs

- Track key metrics and KPIs driven from CRM

- Work closely with BI team and facilitate regular data import from CRM

- Act as a conduit between internal stakeholders and CRM vendor, be an expert on everything CRM.

Required Skill Set :

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Strong written and verbal communication

- Knowledge of project management a strong plus

- Knowledge of data export and import tools and processes a strong plus

- Exposure to any BI tools is a strong plus

- Ability to own tasks/projects single-handedly

- Ability to analyse data to derive meaningful insights

- Basic understanding of role of CRM software or exposure to any CRM software

Education

- MBA/B.tech from a Tier -1/2 institute
