- Sales Acumen : Strong sales skills, including the ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals in a competitive environment.

- Resilience : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven sales environment, demonstrating resilience and persistence in achieving sales goals.

- Cultural Sensitivity : Understanding of cultural nuances and customer preferences in the UK market to tailor sales approaches accordingly.

- Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance effectively.
