Job Summary
Meet or exceed established sales and business goals through the development and management of effective sales channels, relationships and direct sales efforts as assigned.
- Sales Territory: Asia Pacific
- Location: Asia Pacific.
- Language requirements: Must be able to communicate in English and Japanese.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong sales/distribution channels in assigned geography; conduct direct sales efforts were assigned.
- Evaluate and manage effective corporate sales activities.
- Negotiate / assign agreements as required.
- Establish and manage appropriate sales expectations and appropriate end-user pricing with each client.
- Collect, understand and communicate relevant market information.
- Work closely with Marketing to create and implement initiatives that will support sales goals.
- Execute strategies and initiatives that support the Operational Objectives of the company and specifically the International Department.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts by dollars and units.
- Provide management with accurate sales forecasts and detailed assessment of the factors influencing sales.
- Provide timely follow-up to all sales leads with documentation and progress being recorded in CRM
- Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1.Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 5-7 years experience in corporate sales with international sales and/or B2B management; minimum of 2 years experience at management level.
Skill Set:
- Self starter, Highly organized; Works well with all functional levels in the organization; Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; High level of business management and facilitation skills; Capability to resolve complex problems with minimum of confusion, frustration and inconveniences for all parties concerned

Physical Requirements: - Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for 8 hours/day especially during long travel.
