Job Objective :

To be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence in stores of Woodka

Role and Responsibilities :
 
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence

- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- To generate sales and ensure usage of the entire range of the products

- Describe products features and demonstrate the product

- Handle customer queries regarding the store and merchandise

- Providing information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options

- Maintain sales report to keep a track of the progress

- Capture product feedback from both consumers and retailers and share the same

- Ensure the upkeep of company's asset at store

- Ensure resolution of issues related to delayed delivery- supply & service issues

- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing

Qualifications and Education Requirements :

The candidate must have a bachelor's degree and should have excellent knowledge of customer behavior principles, inventory-stocking procedures and understanding of retail sales process.
