JOB OBJECTIVE : To be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence in stores of Woodka
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Visiting key accounts, viz Hotels, cafes, Fine Dine, Restaurants on daily basis, close loop the deals with the outlet, sales forecasting.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
- The candidate must have a bachelor's degree and should have excellent knowledge of customer behavior principles, inventory-stocking procedures, HORECA sales and understanding of retail sales process.
