3EA - Digital Marketer (2-3 yrs)
Job objective :
- To be responsible for using web technologies to achieve business growth goals of our client. You will identify needs and new opportunities and aspire to increase brand awareness. For this position, you should be creative and tech-savvy trendsetter who has innovative ideas to improve digital presence of our clients.
Role and Responsibilities :
1. Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs)
2. Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
3. Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
4. Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
5. Build strong client's relationships through social media interaction
6. Keep up-to-date with our audience's preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns.
7. Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
8. Identify advertising needs
9. Establish best practices in digital marketing
10. Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
Qualifications and Education Requirements :
- The candidate should have Bachelor's degree and MBA in Marketing with additional certification is preferred. The candidate should have minimum two years of experience.
Preferred Skills :
1. Proven work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or Digital marketing manager
2. Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
3. Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
4. Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
5. Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
6. Familiarity with web design and HTML
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Strong analytical and project management skills
