3EA - Area Manager - Sales (2-5 yrs)
JOB OBJECTIVE :
To be responsible for managing sales team and meeting sales targets of Woodka products through BTL activities- B2B, B2C, online, offline and all other sales channels.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets through BTL activities- B2B, B2C, online, offline and all other sales channels and achieve sales targets
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Supervise Sales Team and evaluate training and development programs
- Assist in the development and integration of sales plans
- Select and implement suitable salesforce technology
- Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and standard practices
- Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues
- Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the industry and present new ideas for increasing sales
- Analyze trends and metrics with the Sales and Marketing department
- Resolve complex customer related issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
The candidate should have Bachelor's degree with additional certification is preferred. The candidate should have minimum three years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B or retail sales role.
PREFERRED SKILLS :
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile
- Strong analytical and critical thinking/ problem-solving skills. Business mindset to understand the rationale behind the transactions and ability and willingness to dive deeper into industry issues and bring greater insights for our clients
- Strong computer knowledge, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
