What is Customer Success :
Customer success includes handling post sales and making the customer realize the value of the product to the fullest. It is an emerging field for technology/product companies.
Job description :
Project Delivery : Coordinate with operations team and handle the delivery of the project.
Responsible for product adoption :
- Explain the product to sales executives, understand their issues in using the product and resolve them.
- Follow up with sales executives and make sure that the product is utilized to the fullest.
- Identify the problem, develop strategies and implement them to make the product adoption easier.
- Communicate the insights to the product team and get the feature implemented.
- Ensure client satisfaction and get referrals by maintaining a good relationship with the clients.
- Quantify the value of the product by collecting and analyzing data on customer's key sales metrics.
General notes :
- The job will be very hands on and active. You shouldn't expect to be sitting in a cubicle all day.

- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.

- Prior experience in sales is a plus.
