Role & responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective retail sales strategies to achieve team and individual targets.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities

- Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities, pricing trends, and potential risks.

- Lead and motivate a team of real estate agents specializing in retail sales.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their skills performance.

- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to facilitate a transparent and efficient workflow.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that enhance retail property visibility.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail property clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

- Act as a point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns, and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Abilities :

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory

- Proven experience in real estate sales with a focus on retail properties.

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of retail real estate market trends and regulations.

- Collaborative mindset

- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.

Position : Team leader for Mumbai Central (Mulund to Ghatkoper) & KDMC

Age Criteria: 24 to 32

Exp : Minimum 2 years of Team handling exp required

Salary Bracket: 6 LPA to 10 LPA

Real Estate domain with experience of Retail Sales (Direct B2C) are requested to apply.
