Role & Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the team achieves sales targets.
- Fostering client relationships, collaborating with stakeholders, and staying updated on market trends.
- Lead and motivate a team of real estate agents specializing in retail sales.
- Set clear goals and expectations, and regularly assess team members' progress. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that enhance retail property visibility.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors affecting the retail real estate industry.
- Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities, pricing trends, and potential risks.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to facilitate a transparent and efficient workflow.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Skills/Abilities :
- A minimum of 2-5 years of real estate - Retail B2C Sales experience
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with clients and team members
- An understanding of the real estate market and trends in the retail segment
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build up a team
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
