- You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
- Manage Sales projects with respect to numbers, clarity on scope of supply target in maximum level of customer satisfaction while achieving maximum profit margins for the company.
- The Sales Head will be responsible for generating overall sales of the company and managing the sales teams.
- Key responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, driving sales operations, market development and setting up and managing distributors.
- Should have basic knowledge about computers like preparing invoices, quotations, work orders, PPT for presentations and excels.
- Direct and manage all sales related activities including: Acquisition of new customers, Handling of Key accounts and Project Management.
Required Candidate profile :
- Work experience of 10 to 12 years in API Sales, Alternate channel sales, Tech sales, Channel sales and software sales.
- Persistence and patience to deal with ambiguity always with positive attitude.
- Mature personality with a firm commitment towards outstanding quality and service standards.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
