Job Summary :

The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of luxury real estate properties to HNI clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, and the ability to connect with affluent clients.

Role & responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

- Present and showcase luxury properties to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.

- Stay updated with the latest market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or a related field.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value transactions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with HNI clients.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- High level of professionalism and integrity.

- Area Knowledge : Mumbai Sobo Market

- Reporting Office : Thane (Kapurbawdi)

- Salary Bracket : 6 - 9.5 LPA
