Role & responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales team to create effective sales plans for individual properties.
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
- Provide leadership and direction to the real estate sales team.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new agents.
- Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Ensure financial targets are met.
- Ensure that the team delivers exceptional customer service to clients.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain open communication within the branch and with senior management.
