Job Responsibilities:-
1. Establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships throughout the sales cycle, and help clients understand next steps throughout the home sale process
2. Giving out presentations to the potential customers
3. Negotiate offers and successfully guide clients through the process of closing
4. Expedite the resolution of client concerns to maximize client satisfaction
5. Identifying and resolving problems and/or issues that may delay timely closing of property and communicating this information as necessary to parties impacted
6. Participating on special projects as assigned
