3 Realty - Tele-Marketing Role (2-4 yrs)
Role Definition :
Tele Calling Sale Executive is responsible for making calls to the leads generated / cold calls for generating leads & converting them to site visits.
Responsibility Deliverable :
1. Data Sourcing and Management
2. Tele calls to generate site visits
3. Develop selling skills and business knowledge to grow into a Sales Executive (Closing)
Task & Activities Data Sourcing and Management :
- Sourcing data from marketing team generated by campaign or from other sources, uploading the data in the CRM & managing the data.
- Managing the data on the internal template of the organization.
Tele calls to generate site visits :
- Making calls to leads generated, provide & explain leads the details of the project, understand lead requirement, share project collaterals, answer to lead queries & doubts, encourage lead to visit site & schedule the same.
- Being the communication bridge between the prospective client & the Sales Executives (Closing) to ensure client & site visit details accuracy.
- Developing selling skills and business knowledge to grow into a Sales Executive (Closing)
- After completing setting up site visits. Tele Calling Sales Executive shall accompany SE (Closing) for site visits.
