Role Definition :
Real Estate Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue for 3 Realty by sourcing leads from tele-marketing team & converting them into deal / sale.
Responsibility Deliverable :
1. Data sourcing & management
2. Sales Meetings
3. Sales Proposals
4. Sales Conversion
Tasks & Activities :
- Data Sourcing & Management: Sourcing accurate contacts details of the leads / prospects scheduled for site visits from the tele-marketing team & maintaining them in the CRM.
- Sales Meetings: Preparing for the meetings with all the project details & collaterals. Understand the client requirement, explaining details & USP of the project, giving a project tour, share collaterals.
- Sales Proposals: Giving clients best sales proposal after understanding client requirement at the site visit it self.
- Sales Conversion: Negotiating win win deals & close the deal & make a sale. Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines.
- Client Co-ordination: Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client. Be the interface between the client & the operations team from booking to registration of property.
