3 Minds Digital - Client Servicing Role (2-5 yrs)
- Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact
- Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings
- Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio
- Understanding client goals/objectives and their entire creative requirements including for UI/UX Design, Social Media, Content Development, Web Development, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing & more.
- Work jointly with the internal team to drive strategy & development
- Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue
- Research & keep current on emerging online trends and best practices within Creative Digital Industry
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing clients in a Creative Digital Agency
- Great communication, presentation skills, and client servicing skills
- Experience in dealing with digital media publishers
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proactive and a self-starter
- Strategic thinker with hand on experience
