Fixling - a startup based in Mumbai, is looking to build the next big enterprise SaaS playbook where we want to empower and enable small & medium enterprises by providing them the right tools for them to manage their customers, revenue and team. The startup has already secured seed funding and is backed by seasoned professionals & investors.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect for potential clients and sell the CRM tools
- Independently generate leads along with closing leads given by the Telecaller
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of leads and database
- Achieve the sales target set for the territory, as per the company's need
- Local Travel a must (two wheeler, metro is a must)
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6-18 months field sales experience preferably in selling softwares
- CRM experience preferred
- Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
- Negotiation & Persuasion skills

- Compensation : Cash (15k per month) + incentives
