- Research and Identifying new sales leads
- Prepare and deliver pitches the services of the company to the clients.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's services.
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
- Achieve the targets set by the sales team.
Skills Required:
- Must have sound knowledge of Sales and Business Development.
- Should be presentable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Oral and written)
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- Experience in Real Estate will be an added advantage.
- Should have a bike and licence.
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience : 1 - 2 yr experience in Sales / Business Development in Real Estate, / Finance Firm
Salary: Hike in last drawn salary+ attractive incentives +TA
Duty Timing: 10:30 am to 6:00 pm
Location: Santacruz (W), Mumbai.
