Position Overview:
As an Inbound Lead Specialist, you will be crucial in driving low-touch, transactional. Sales deals and ensuring that prospects who haven't completed purchases via self-service are onboarded effectively. Your responsibilities will include outreach, lead qualification, sales calls, customer onboarding, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Reengagement : Identify leads who started, but did not complete a purchase and proactively approach them to convert those leads to paying customers
- Sales Calls : Lead sales calls with prospects, conduct product demos, discuss pricing, address product-related inquiries, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our client's offerings
- Customer Onboarding : Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they have a smooth experience and are set up for success with our products
- Upsell Opportunities : Identify opportunities for upselling premium features to existing customers
Desired Skills and Qualification :
- Proven experience in inbound lead specialist or a similar role, preferably with a focus on
- B2B SaaS products or services are a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Bachelor's degree in BCA/B.Tech, or a related field is required
