2050-Healthcare - Product Head (6-8 yrs)
1. Lead the ideation and detailed health care product features/product offerings as per locations
2. Product design specific to organisational goals & KPI- s
3. Own the business requirement documents, product specification documents & acceptance criteria for all features for profit maximisation
4. Own and develop roadmap for product offerings across all / assigned scope of activities in collaboration with marketing teams for rollouts
5. Establish strategy for up sell/Cross sell products across B2b & B2C customers
6. Ensuring required user feedback, customer satisfaction and constant ongoing user interaction to conceive and refine product ideas.
7. Bringing good trade-off between continuous improvements and new feature additions
8. Ensuring planning and streamlined rollout of releases including information flow to users, training(SOP) and feedback collection(CS)
9. Track all feedback channels and ensuring appropriate actions to incorporate feedback
10. Balance the products- short-term & long-term roadmap by prioritising backlogs & market demand
