2050 Healthcare - Manager - Business Development (5-10 yrs)
1. Supervise daily administrative operations
2. Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives. Create quarterly and annual budgets.
3. Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures
4. Maintain organized medical and employee records. Monitor administrative staff's performance.
5. Answer queries from doctors, nurses and healthcare staff.
6. Resolve potential issues with patients. Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations. Train new employees.
7. Responsible for P&L for Operations and Administration for Ahmedabad Centre.
8. Work in close collaboration with clinical & non-Clinical functions to ensure delivery of world class Healthcare services.
9. Identifying and exploring ways and initiatives to control cost and generate revenue.
10. Ensure effective Implementation of policies and processes as laid down by the organization.
11. Develops and implements policies, procedures and best practices in the administration of hospital with reference to corporate services, medical insurance, material management, pharmacy management, facility management and estates management.
12. Regular meetings with Assistant Administrator, Non-medical Administrator and Nursing superintendent through whom carries out regular day to day management.
13. Design, plan, organize and execute the job assigned and area allotted for effective marketing of hospital services, facilities and modern technology to doctors, consultants and clinics.
14. Building a strong doctor network. Meet doctors on a daily basis in the assigned territory. To Conduct Awareness Program for General Public in the Doctor Hospital/Clinic. Develop and stabilize good and meaningful relationship with consultants, doctors, hospitals and clinics.
15. Promote the Homecare Services in the doctors- community through personal visits, publicity, advertisement, Telephonic, brochures and group meetings.
