About Individual
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Wealth gateway team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and driving customer retention and expansion. You will serve as a trusted advisor, understanding the unique needs and goals of each client and providing strategic guidance to maximise their value from our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at assigned Manufacturers, Distributor and Custodies, including executives, decision-makers, and end-users.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within the company.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and pain points, and proactively provide strategic guidance and best practices to drive value and ensure success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and support, to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support for clients.
- Drive client retention and expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on clients' evolving needs and business goals.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned clients, outlining objectives, success metrics, and action plans.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and analyse client usage data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the product management team to provide feedback on product enhancements and new feature requests based on client feedback and market trends.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer success management and share insights and knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Understanding and experience of PMS/AIF and Fixed Deposit products
- Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably with enterprise-level clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
- Strategic mindset and ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and customer-focused approach, with a passion for driving client success and satisfaction.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse and interpret client usage data and metrics.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
