Ops MANAGER (Outbound)
- Minimum 2 year experience as Assistant Manager(on papers)
- Should have handled 80 to 150 seats
- Can manage Shrinkage / Attrition / Roster/Quality
- Should have idea about Automated Dialer predictive,preview,progressive.
- Immediate joiners with Relevant Experience will be preferred
- Should be comfortable with Flexible Hours.
- Confident,Call monitoring,coaching and feedback.
- Responsibility for delivery of the defined customer experience in every call.
- Candidate from Sales or Collection (Voice) will be preferred.
Ops Manager (Inbound)
- Handled team of 100-200+ employees.
- Optimize Resource utilization, resource planning.
- Plan metrics to achieve business objectives & customer SLAs.
- Resolve operational business issues and provide solutions within time constraints. Desired Candidate Profile - BPO Experience.
- Must be DM/Manager from last 1+ Year
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
- Should be from Inbound/Upselling (Customer Service)Background
