Job Description :
- Manage a large and diverse team of CSAs working towards pre-defined targets
- Responsible for maintaining discipline and roster of team on the floor
- Responsible for staff retention within the team
- Ensure prompt and accurate service and achievement of targets
- To assist new members of the team by updating knowledge & bridge process gaps
- Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of team by motivating them
- To ensure team achieve productivity and quality roster adherence
- Accountable for smooth flow of operations
- Ensure CSAT target is met of the entire team and there is high focus amongst all team members to deliver exceptional quality service
- Coordination between Managers and Team Members.
